What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 1 unit. We support single-vehicle purchases as well as mixed-model container loads (3–6 vehicles per 40HQ container). Many first-time buyers start with 1–2 units to validate our process, then scale up to 8–12 vehicles per container for ongoing stock.
Do you export accident, flood or fire-damaged vehicles?

No. Vehicles with accident, flood or fire history are rejected at intake. Every vehicle passes a 158-point inspection backed by ChaBoshi (查博士), one of China's leading third-party used-car data and inspection providers, and a bilingual PDF condition report is provided before any payment.
How long does shipping from China to my country take?

The standard 45-day order-to-port timeline covers 20 days for vehicle preparation, inspection and container loading, plus 25 days sea freight. Land routes to Russia and Central Asia via Khorgos take 12–20 days. We arrange Ro-Ro vessels, 40HQ containers, the China-Europe Railway Express and overland trucking depending on your destination.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Alibaba Trade Assurance in USD and RMB. Trade terms can be EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP depending on buyer preference. Every quote itemises vehicle price, refurbishment, inspection, certification, inland transport, ocean freight and insurance — no hidden fees.
What certifications and documentation do you provide?

All export paperwork is handled in-house: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and the Chinese used-car export licence. We are a registered used-car exporter filed with China's Ministry of Commerce, with an active foreign-trade operator filing. What is your overseas warranty?

Every vehicle ships with a 6-month or 10,000 km warranty on core components, plus a 7-day return at the destination port for major issues and 7×24 WhatsApp support. Spare parts can be air-freighted from China within 48 hours on request.
Can I inspect the vehicle before shipment?

Yes. We provide a live WhatsApp walk-around video within 24 hours of inquiry, the 158-point bilingual PDF inspection report, and we welcome third-party on-site re-inspection at our Beijing facility. Many buyers send a local Chinese-speaking agent to verify before container loading.
Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to 30+ countries across the Middle East / GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia), CIS / Central Asia (Russia, Kazakhstan), Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania), Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) and Latin America (Mexico, Chile). Right-hand drive is available for some Southeast Asian markets. If your country is not on the list, message us — we add new destinations regularly.
What is the fuel mix in your inventory?

Approximately 70% petrol, 20% battery-electric (BEV) and 10% plug-in hybrid (PHEV). All stock is pre-owned — we do not sell new vehicles. Representative marques include BYD, Tesla, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Honda, Nissan and Geely.
